This notice explains how Kindly Loans, LLC handles information from this rental-property financing contact form. It supplements our company privacy policy. This form requests a conversation; it is not a loan application.
Information you provide
We collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, whether you currently own a rental property, and your permission to follow up. Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial documents, account credentials, or other sensitive application information in this form.
How we use information
We use your information to receive and respond to your financing inquiry, assign a Kindly Loans team member, record your contact permission, and confirm delivery. We also process submission times, campaign and referral identifiers, and technical information used to protect the form against abuse.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, security, workflow processing, and lead management, including Cloudflare, Zapier, and ARIVE. Information may also be transferred to our customer relationship management system, Bonzo. These services process information to support the inquiry workflow.
Your contact choices
Kindly Loans may assign Alex or another authorized team member to respond about your request. We honor your selected contact preference. Submitting this form does not enroll you in unrelated newsletters or automated marketing campaigns. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain business and consent records, meet applicable obligations, and honor requests not to be contacted. You can request deletion. A request to stop contact does not automatically erase every record: we may retain limited information needed to prevent further outreach or meet recordkeeping obligations.
